What it is: Its a 4 minute video, containing thoughts of thankfulness.
What it does: Sherman created this movie as a way to help him remember and reflect and as a gift to his newsletter readers.

What I notice…. one of the things that often helps to move me to a place of centeredness is being grateful. This clever little movie – reminded me to get in touch with my gratitude.

Sometimes, when things don’t go as planned – and the bar of frustration rises – it’s nice to take a moment to remember that when you fall – and get up – the rewards can be the great.

One of the things that can re-inspire us as we do the work that needs to be done – are models of excellence. This movie demonstrates a winning attitude that is more about “how you play the game”. This is definitely a worthwhile watch!
